The County association is here to facilitate safe, enjoyable and competitive short mat bowling to all levels of bowler in the County. This will be achieved through both change and innovation – a respect for tradition and openness to a new future.

All players at every level must try to give their all under any circumstance.

Attitude 

All players at every level must demonstrate a positive attitude towards the County and the County squad.

The Committee should always be willing to listen to suggestions on improvements from members and to consider them seriously.

Members should be encouraged to express their views to the Chairman or Secretary who will ensure they are heard.

Confidence 

All players at every level must try to be confident about their ability; respect and acknowledge others' ability and the County's ability to make the correct decisions.

The county will offer coaching to enhance self-confidence in all bowlers. 

Effort

To improve individual and team performance all players and committees must put time and effort into playing their part as well as possible.
